H2H Landscape Partnership Scheme – Documentary research and training
As part of the Heritage Lottery Funded Headland to Headspace Landscape Partnership Scheme, Morecambe Bay Partnership wishes to appoint a consultant to develop and deliver a training project for volunteers to provide skills and enable the military landscape of Morecambe Bay to be investigated and recorded. Two areas will provide the main focus of this project; Walney Island and Cockerham Sands.
This training project will support the delivery of Headlands to Headspace (H2H) Project 1 (Built Heritage and Lookouts) and Project 17 (Community Archaeology and Training). Further information on the Headlands to Headspace Landscape Partnership Scheme and an overview of the projects (including outputs and outcomes) is provided in Appendix 1.
