British Science Week 2015 was a huge success, with over 5000 events and activities taking place across the UK, engaging over 1.6 million participants. Everyone from children to research scientists got involved in everything from policy debates and science fairs to witnessing the solar eclipse.
And now, a number of grant schemes are available for British Science Week 2016, providing small pots of funding from £200 – £700 to help organisations and schools put on events and activities.
To apply for funding, organisations will need to think about the type of event or activity you want to run and then complete the event registration form here. If you don’t have the full details for the event or activity you are requesting funding towards, you can still register with as much information as you have before completing the grants section.
The closing date for applications is Monday 23 November 2015.
