Salary: £21,530

Gallery Oldham and heritage services have established an excellent reputation for innovative temporary exhibitions, participatory formal education and family programmes, community engagement and partnership working. This is an exciting time to join the team as we embark on a major capital development which will result in a new Heritage & Arts Centre for Oldham.

They are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic Visitor Experience Officer to join their team and help them to realise their aspirations.

Applicants should be committed to delivering a high quality experience for all our visitors and should have experience in the following areas:

  • Experience of working in a Gallery, Heritage, Visitor Attraction or Leisure Environment.
  • Experience of managing a team providing face to face customer services
  • Experience of leading, motivating and developing effective teams
