Museums & Galleries Manager 
Salary: £38,896 – £49,230 
Permanent Full Time Contract

The University of Liverpool, are looking for a Museums & Galleries Manager to join the Museums & Galleries section of the Libraries, Museums & Galleries department, reporting to the Head of Academic Liaison and Heritage Collections.

The post will include leading the strategic development of the University’s Museums & Galleries, the successful candidate will also be expected to co-ordinate the day to day management and safeguarding of their resources and services and to provide vision to enhance the profile of the collections both within the University and beyond.

The ideal candidate will with have relevant experience of curating, developing, marketing and managing museum and gallery collections and have experience of developing and delivering high quality exhibitions which will allow the to take an active role in promoting the University through its art and heritage collections.

Museums & Galleries Technician 
Salary: £16,776 – £19,273
Permanent Full Time Contract
Closing date: 12 February

Victoria Gallery & Museum at the University of Liverpool, are looking for a Museums & Galleries Technician to join the Museums & Galleries section of the Libraries, Museums & Galleries Department, reporting to the Senior Technician.

The role will include providing an effective and efficient technical service within the University for staff and students. The Museums & Galleries Technician will also support the safe and efficient operation of a technical facility/group of facilities supporting technical and academic users, as well as occasional communication with staff and students on issues relating to technical services, facilities and equipment.
