As part of Museum Development North West’s “Knowing Your Audiences” training programme, we will be hosting two workshops looking at who your are visitors and what this tells you, the first of which will cover the basics.
This workshop, which will take place on 4 May at Pyramid and Parr Hall in Warrington, is a fantastic opportunity for museum professionals to find out more about visitor research and gain advice from industry experts. The day will include demonstrations, case studies and one to one surgery sessions hosted by the North West Museums Development in collaboration with The Audience Agency.
Research experts from the Audience Agency, BDRC and CRT Viewpoint will introduce three approaches to collecting insight using Audience Finder, Visitor Verdict and Viewpoint.
The Audience Agency will reflect on Visitor Finder case studies showing how museums have practically used data to understand their audiences and gather evidence to support audience development, advocacy, fundraising and business development.
