Gasworks is a visual art organisation based in London providing studios and delivering a programme of residencies, exhibitions and public events. It is also the hub of the Triangle Network, an international network of arts organisations and projects, mostly based in Africa, Asia and South America. The Network’s main activities include artists’ workshops, residencies, exhibitions and events that promote international mobility and exchanges.
Thanks to a partnership and funding from the Art Fund, Gasworks is offering a one-month funded Fellowship to two curators wanting to conduct research and develop their knowledge in a different artistic context. The fellowships are hosted by Gasworks’ international partners Bisagra in Lima, Peru and VASL Artists’ Collective in Karachi, Pakistan, and aim to provide opportunities for curators to engage with the arts ecology outside the West and establish international dialogue with host organisations and their local network.
This opportunity is open to all curators working in or with a UK collecting institution. For further information and to apply, please see here.
The deadline for applications is 12 noon on Friday 24 June.
