Job Opportunities: Port Sunlight Village Trust

These are exciting times for Port Sunlight Village Trust (PSVT). We are two years into an ongoing transformational change programme to modernise all areas of our business. We are seeking to build our team and have six vacancies, all new posts:

Visitor Experience Manager
Heritage Directorate
Salary c.£25,000 per annum
Full time, permanent contract

You will develop and manage the visitor experience within the village, maximise income from visitors and other commercial activity, grow and diversify audiences, and raise the profile of Port Sunlight.

 Business Support Officer
Heritage Directorate
Salary £18,000-£20,000 per annum
Full time, permanent contract

You will support our commercial activity including holiday lets, group packages, land and venue hire, fundraising, and retail and catering. You will promote a customer-focused approach to doing business, and ensure compliance.

Visitor Services Assistant
Heritage Directorate
Salary £7.69 per hour (2 days, weekends)

You will support our strategy to maximise income from ticket sales for the visitor experience and public programmes, and retail sales for the gift shop. This is a customer-facing role based at Port Sunlight Museum.

Business Support Officer
Corporate Services Directorate
Salary £18,000-£20,000 per annum
Full time, permanent contract

You will provide administrative support to the HR function including recruitment, training & development, and driving staff engagement through internal communications. You will champion our customer service standards to ensure excellent customer service.

Accounts Administrator
Corporate Services Directorate
£10,500 per annum (3 days)
Part-time, permanent contract

You will support the processing of the purchase and sales ledger and other financial transactions. You will also ensure that all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

 Customer Services Administrator
Operations Directorate
Salary £16,000-£19,000 per annum
Full time, permanent contract

You will be responsible for delivering a high quality reception service for all our customers. You will also perform basic administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our offices.
