As part of our workforce development programme we are offering Continuing Professional Development (CPD) bursaries for staff and volunteers to undertake CPD opportunities of their choice.
Bursaries of up to £300 are available for people working in non-NPO Accredited museums and in museums officially working towards Accreditation in the North West to participate in any type of CPD opportunity, and can be used to cover conference fees or training costs.
To apply for a bursary contact Alex Bird, alexander.bird@manchester.ac.uk, with the following information:
- What the CPD opportunity is, including details of the course/opportunity you have identified
- Evidence of need and details on how it will improve your work
- Proof of line management approval
- Cost of training and amount of funding requested from MDNW
- Timetable
This programme runs to the end of March 2021 and has a rolling deadline, so once you have identified an appropriate opportunity please let us know.
Once all the funding has been allocated the offer will close.
